Highlands Victorian
This 1902 shingle-style Victorian in Boston's suburb of Newton was completely renovated, but original details such as the quarter-sawn oak floors, doors and mouldings were restored rather than replaced. A neutral pallet allows the woodwork and carefully selected antiques to take center stage in the design. Kids spaces get big doses of color.
